Thank you so much for your interest in coming to work with us! All sessions include at least additional 30 minutes to check in before and after your session. If you have strict time constraints, we are happy to work with them, please just let us know when you arrive.

- Skyeline Wellbeing has a 48 hour late cancellation policy. If you are unable to provide advance notice that you will miss your appointment, you will be charged 50% of your full session price. Allowances are made for illness and family emergency on a case-by-case basis up to 3x in a year. Beyond that, you will be invoiced for the full price of the appointment. Failure to make payment may result in automatic scheduling freeze.
- Payment is due at time of service. Invoicing is available, we ask that invoices are paid within 48 hours of your appointment.
- Regarding Covid-19: As of April 3, 2023 clients are no longer required to wear masks, though we have kn94 masks available should you want one. Practitioners are still wearing masks for the duration of the session- this isn't personal, and we feel great working with you regardless of whether you have a mask on or not. We do ask that (as always!) you please monitor your health and if you show any signs of illness, please reschedule or contact us for guidance.
- If you have specific treatment requests, please email in advance to start a dialogue about your needs. For significant illness or injury, please secure written clearance from your physician.
